Relaxation Activities

We have a range of activities and workshops on offer throughout the year. Dates for your diary can be found on the 'News and Events' page.
Activities include Tai Chi, meditation, mindful workshops, holistic therapies, creative crafts and time to recuperate.
Full weekend breaks incorporate all of these on one break! There will be a schedule of activities as well as breaks for down-time so you can enjoy new experiences as well as a restful, peaceful break.
Taking time out has helped me to take stock of my life and take a realistic view of what is achievable right now. Following on from the break away, I have stuck to my commitment to myself and I’m making time for what is important in my life. Wellbeing is vital! If you don’t look after yourself then you can’t possibly look after anybody else.
