Relaxation Activities

We have a range of activities and workshops on offer throughout the year. Dates for your diary can be found on the 'News and Events' page.
Activities include Tai Chi, meditation, mindful workshops, holistic therapies, creative crafts and time to recuperate.
Full weekend breaks incorporate all of these on one break! There will be a schedule of activities as well as breaks for down-time so you can enjoy new experiences as well as a restful, peaceful break.
The effects have been positive for both myself and my family, so I don’t feel guilty about taking time out for myself. The whole family has benefitted from a more calm and focused mummy
