Relaxation Activities

We have a range of activities and workshops on offer throughout the year. Dates for your diary can be found on the 'News and Events' page.
Activities include Tai Chi, meditation, mindful workshops, holistic therapies, creative crafts and time to recuperate.
Full weekend breaks incorporate all of these on one break! There will be a schedule of activities as well as breaks for down-time so you can enjoy new experiences as well as a restful, peaceful break.
 The break away gave me the opportunity to focus on my needs and my wellbeing. The relaxation helped me to appreciate what I have in my life and has had a positive effect on my future!
