Nicola has a background in facilitation, emotional support and wellbeing practices. Nicola has spent many years in the charity sector and in particular supporting people with long term illness.
Nicola has invested in her personal development by training in listening and counselling skills, education & training, Tai Chi instruction and caters to her creative side by dabbling in face painting!
Nicola is keen to create retreats for women who need a break… and enjoys a good break herself!
Rhiannon is your
Rhiannon is qualified, experienced and insured to provide fantastic holistic therapies including: Reflexology, Swedish Body Massage, Aromatherapy and Hot Stones Massage. You will be able to book in a session with Rhiannon during your stay.
Kim is your
Kim believes in the power of good natural products that are great for you and great for our planet. She is passionate about helping people to learn about the products we put onto our skin. Kim promotes cleaner, greener beauty through the multi award winning fresh products from Tropic skincare.
Kim will be providing your skin care workshop, giving you the opportunity to try out an amazing range of Tropic products and items can be ordered if desired.
Attention to detail was amazing. I Loved all of the activities and time to relax and chill. It was a lovely group of women and I loved getting creative but I don’t do it enough. I would love to meet up for a reunion session to see what people are doing and if their visions have come true!
The break away gave me the time and space to be me, not the mum, not the wife, not the daughter, not the carer, not the housewife….. just me. It gave me time to reconnect with who I am. The break away gave me the opportunity to meet a group of amazing women

Taking time out has helped me to take stock of my life and take a realistic view of what is achievable right now. Following on from the break away, I have stuck to my commitment to myself and I’m making time for what is important in my life. Wellbeing is vital! If you don’t look after yourself then you can’t possibly look after anybody else.
